How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn. Keep the wax free of wick trimmings and debris, place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, and avoid drafts. Proper candle care helps support a clean, even burn throughout the life of your candle.
How long should I burn my candle?
On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface of the candle. For each use, avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always allow it to cool completely before relighting.
Are your fragrance oils phthalate-free?
Yes. We use vegan, phthalate-free fragrance oils carefully selected for our home fragrance products. We’re intentional about the materials we choose and the products we bring into our own home.
What are the candles made of?
Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, vegan and phthalate-free fragrance oils, and natural cotton wicks free from lead and zinc. We carefully select each material to create products we feel comfortable enjoying in our own home.
Do the wicks contain metals?
No. We use natural cotton wicks that are free from lead and zinc, selected to provide an even burn when the candle is used and cared for properly.
How long does shipping take?
We carefully prepare each order before shipping and require up to 2 business days for processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
How long does a diffuser last?
Our reed diffusers are designed to provide continuous fragrance for weeks. Longevity may vary depending on the number of reeds used, room temperature, airflow, and where the diffuser is placed.
Are the candles safe?
Yes, when used properly and according to candle safety guidelines. Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
