Return Policy

At Virtue Candles, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 5-day return window, which means you have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@virtuecandles.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@virtuecandles.com.
